Had one of these a while ago and decided to get another one. For me it's the perfect balance of 9mm. The barrel length provides good stability, accuracy and concealment, while the grip fits almost all hand sizes. The angle and stippling of the grip also helps with recoil control. While I'm not a gun expert, I've grown up knowing what's good and what's not. The 4th generation Glock 19 is about the same as a 9mm pistol.
I am a young 63 year old Nana who just got my concealed driver's license. It started out as a revolver because the All Gun store seemed to think that was what older women needed. Well, I took it to the range twice and I was so frustrated that I just couldn't hit the target. About 10 years ago I only shot 2 different guns, and that was with a Glock, and I shot great with the Glock. So my husband knew I could shoot better, so he said try my Glock 23, so I hit the first shot, then another, then another. So I took my 3 week old revolver to my gun store and traded it in for my Glock 19. I love my Glock 19, it's my concealed weapon. I'm a petite woman and I could go down to 43 but don't want to. I have to say that from everything I've read, Glock owners have told me I don't want to choose any other brand of firearm. I am reassured by the reliability of the Glock brand.
I use the G19 gen4 model for everyday concealed carry and home defense weapons. This is my first gun purchase and so far so good. The gun is so tight on my belt that you can barely tell it's there. I'm average build, about 190 lbs, and you can't even tell it's there. I have made some modifications to the gun, but only for customization. Regardless, PBG will get the job done. I bring the Berretta 9m to work every day and my G19 blows it out of the water by comparison. My G19 has never had a misfire, error or shutdown. I love this gun.

I got this pistol as my first Glock pistol and it sparked my love for this company today. Even though it's a "compact" model, it fits my hands perfectly (and I have big hands with long fingers. I find it difficult to hide, which is hardly a problem unless I'm wearing some kind of light jacket. Upgrade Trigger and adding a Double Diamond 3.5 Lb connector removes the ugly Glock trigger and I can honestly say I trust my family and I to protect this little beauty every day. The 15 Rd mag capacity is good for a concealable gun.Also very impressive.Well made gun.
I am new to the CCW world. This gun has been highly recommended by many. Anyway, I'm not a weapons expert here. After taking an hour of basic pistol lessons at my local gun club, I got grouped 45 inch baseball size. It has excellent recoil control and is very accurate. This is a very reliable firearm, I have fired about 2000 rounds through my G19 GEN4 with zero double feeds or failure to eject spent rounds. As a CCW, I highly recommend this gun for use as a self defense weapon. For me, 100% reliability and ease of use are key. Not only did this gun meet all of my expectations. It absolutely surpasses them all. Thank you GLOCK for making a simple and reliable firearm that is affordable and easy to shoot.
I just bought a size 19 under the Blue Label program. What a chapter! $200 less than a college and $300 less than a gun store. This gun feels like I reached out and Glock built a gun around it. The handling of the gun is incredible. Ammo is cheap. big gun. For me it's just Glock.
This gun will not let you down at all. It used all kinds of ammo and hit my target every time. The great thing about Glocks is that there are so many modifications and upgrades you can do. All Glocks are designed the same, that's what I like, instead of always going to a gunsmith to do everything you can do it yourself, see Lenny Mc Gill's video. Another thing I like is that they are very light. It fits perfectly on my belt, with a sweater and is the perfect CC for everyday wear.

I own and carry this Glock privately and at work. I have been in many races and training scenarios and this unit has never let me down. With "correct" ammo you will probably never have a misfire problem. Keep it as clean as your magazine and feeding is no problem. Remember, if your life depends on it, you want it to work on time, every time! Everything else is only good for hammers or paperweights! be careful!

E Series For Glock 22/23/17/19
I hesitate to buy this gun. I have a huge collection of guns, just not for sale on Striker Fire. no longer. This out-of-the-box weapon performs really well. After 1000 rounds I installed night vision goggles, tungsten guide rods, extended magazines and slides. It's my carry weapon of choice. It has never misfired, stuck, the chimney... just amazing. Go Glock 19!!!
